I am so thrilled to be sharing the stunning photos Erika Follensbee captured of Caroline and Brian’s special day at Brewster Academy ! Here is a little background on these two in the words of Caroline “Brian and I met in high school. We both grew up in Londonderry. In high school we knew each other, but not really well. He was friends with my brother. In college, we both ended up transferring to UNH. Brian transferred in the fall of 2012 as a sophomore and I transferred in the spring of 2013 as a freshman. We kept passing each other and seeing each other around campus. One night, Brian stopped me in the dining hall and started up a conversation. We got to talking and realized that we were living in the same dorm, one floor apart. That night, he came down to my floor and met my friends. The next night I went up to meet all of his friends. From there we started hanging out more and more and went on our first official date on Valentine’s Day in 2013. We did not end up being an official couple until later that spring in March. “
They now live in Litchfield, NH but they chose to get married at Brewster Academy because Caroline vacationed with her family in Wolfeboro during the summer! Brian also spent summers at a NH lake so they knew lakeside was the clear choice for a venue! If you didn’t already know, Brewster Academy has the “ beauty of the lake at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events.
Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings, corporate outings and meetings. The boathouse seats 86 at round tables, or 115 in audience style. Larger events use a tent on adjacent Palazzo Field.”
