Alex (they/them) and Corina (she/her) had a beautiful intimate micro wedding at Arnold Arboretum, that was recently featured on Wedding Chicks! They have been working on a garden together as a quarantine project, so Arnold Arboretum in Boston was a perfect choice. The regal cascading trees and exquisite architecture is breathtaking! Particularly, the beautiful garden and the process of cultivating it served as a serendipitous symbol for their relationship, and the patience and dedication that can reap a lifetime of happiness.
Micro Wedding at Arnold Arboretum in Boston
A small group of loved ones gathered at the park to witness the union of Alex and Corina, as Corina walked down to a violin and guitar duo. Corina looked stunning in her off the shoulder illusion neckline gown with a high slit. Similarly, Alex looked perfect in their dusty pink three-piece suit, velvet bow tie, and red bottom Louboutin shoes. Additionally, they had a friend share the ceremony on Zoom, so those who couldn’t attend could still be there in spirit.
The couple chose a fall palette of dusty rose, blush, and burnt orange. This color palette was carried into their reception, which took place at their apartment nearby. Similarly, they chose the Pink Shaker plates from Events Delivered, with rust-colored linen napkins, and lots of candlelight. They enjoyed an evening with their close family and friends, and celebrated with a delicious cake by Autumn Nomad.
