How many weddings do you do a month?

We aim to do two weddings per month. However, in light of COVID-19 rescheduling, this is not possible for 2021.

How long have you been planning events?

The first wedding I was paid to plan and execute was on Martha’s Vineyard on September 10, 2011. However, I have been planning events for family friends and my community for many years.

Do you only work with certain vendors?

While we have a wonderful network of vendors, we don’t work exclusively within the network. We are committed to helping you choose the right vendors for your vision. We do not receive kickbacks from vendors.

How many people are on site for weddings?

There are always a minimum of two staff members on site. We determine staffing during the production phase of your event based on the complexity of your celebration.

How often do you meet with clients?

Full planning clients are able to determine the frequencies of the meetings based on their needs. Some clients want lots of check-ins while others don’t. We meet with Event Management clients monthly and Design clients bi-weekly.

What is the average cost for planning?

The average cost for full planning is $12000. The average cost for planning only or design only is $5000. The average cost for Event management is $3500.

What is included in Design Only?

Our designs are uniquely created for your vision. These are large documents that outline the aestheic elements for your event – furnishings, linens, tabletop, drape, florals, lighting, stationery, cake, flat lays, welcome bags, favors, gifts. These are customized to your vision and your budget.

What is included in Planning Only?

Planning Only. We get you set up with our online platforms for managing your event planning process, with milestones and to do lists. We help you stay on track for success. We outline your budget, help with vendors contracting, and assist in managing guests.

What size budgets do your clients have?

Our clients budgets range from $50K to $150K. Most of our weddings are tented weddings on family property in New England.

What is Events Delivered?

Events Delivered offers curated table top rentals for our clients and others in New England.
