Our Packages

Management – starts at $3000

Unlimited Access to your Event Manager – Your event manager is your expert advisor throughout the planning process. Unlimited email communication and periodic meetings with your manager mean no detail will be overlooked as you plan.

Project Management – We will onboard you to EBS Management System for access and organization you can rely on throughout your planning process. This is the place where you upload your contracts, communicate with our team, and keep all important correspondence in one place.

Event Day – Your event manager is in charge of vendor and site management on event day to ensure seamless implementation of the timeline created.

Planning – starts at $4000

Budget Mapping – Your planner will give you a realistic analysis of what you can expect to spend in each category given your guest count and overall target budget.

Vendor Procurement – Your planner will assist you in selecting best vendors for your event and ensure your best interests are protected.

Design – starts at $5000

Design plan creation & production – Your designer will create a very detailed design that will serve as the driving force behind all of the visual elements for your event. Every design element matters, and the details are crucial.
